WMB started as an electrical contractor in 1982 and added a mechanical division as clients asked for one firm to take the whole services package. Today the two sit in the same office in Salford, share a programme and answer to the same project manager.
That matters most on buildings that can't close — a ward, a school in August, a production line with a weekend window. We plan the isolations, keep the site tidy and hand over with the test sheets, certificates and O&Ms your estates team actually needs.

Most clients take both. Where another contractor holds one half, we work alongside them to the same programme.
